ARK Care® VITA supports ARKRAY's full line of GLUCOCARD® meters, including the GLUCOCARD® Shine, GLUCOCARD® ShineXL, GLUCOCARD® Shine Connex, GLUCOCARD® Shine Express, GLUCOCARD® 01, GLUCOCARD® Expression™, and GLUCOCARD® Vital™. Additional meters include the ReliOn™ Premier BLU, ReliOn™ Premier VOICE, ReliOn™ Premier CLASSIC, ReliOn™ Confirm, and ReliOn™ Prime.

To enter blood glucose readings to ARK Care VITA from a GLUCOCARD® meter you must do so manually in the "Add Readings" screen.

- How do I set the date and time on my bluetooth meter?

Meters include Shine Connex and Premier BLU
Please follow the steps:
1. Enter “Set” mode - Press and hold the center button for 3 seconds to enter “Set” mode.
Press the < or > button to select ‘YES’ and press the center button. Press the center button one more time to access date and time settings.
2. Set the Year - A number indicating the year will blink on the screen.
Press the < or > button to adjust until the correct year appears. After setting the year, press the button to confirm your selection and to go to the next step.
3. Set the Month - A number indicating the month will blink on the screen.
Press the < or > button until the correct month appears. Press the center button to confirm your selection and to go to the next step.
4. Set the Date - A number indicating the date will blink on the screen.
Press the < or > button until the correct date appears. Press the center button to confirm the date and to go to the next step.
5. Set the Time Format - The meter can be set in the 12-hour (AM/PM) or the 24-hour clock format. The AM•PM symbol is not displayed in the 24-hour format.
Press the < or > button to select a format. After selecting the format, press the center button to go to the next step.
6. Set the Hour - A number indicating the hour will blink on the screen.
Press the < or > button until the correct hour appears. Press the center button to confirm the hour and go to the next step.
7. Set the Minute - A number indicating the minute will blink on the screen.
Press the < or > button until the correct minute appears. After setting the minute, press the center button to go to the next step.
