What meters are compatible with ARK Care® VITA and ReliOn™ Life?

ARK Care® VITA supports ARKRAY's full line of GLUCOCARD® meters, including the GLUCOCARD® Shine, GLUCOCARD® ShineXL, GLUCOCARD® Shine Connex, GLUCOCARD® Shine Express, GLUCOCARD® 01, GLUCOCARD® Expression™, and GLUCOCARD® Vital™. Additional meters include the ReliOn™ Premier BLU, ReliOn™ Premier VOICE, ReliOn™ Premier CLASSIC, ReliOn™ Confirm, and ReliOn™ Prime.

Which app should I download?

Download ARK Care® VITA to use with any compatible GLUCOCARD® Meter.

Download ReliOn™ Life to use with any compatible ReliOn™ Meter.

How do I upload meter data to ARK Care® VITA?

To enter blood glucose readings to ARK Care VITA from a GLUCOCARD® meter you must do so manually in the "Add Readings" screen.

How do I install the latest version of the apps?

Install the latest version of the apps through the Apple and Google Play stores.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database that is both HIPAA and HITECH compliant. As your Diabetes Health Ally, ensuring your data is secure is a top priority for ARKRAY.

How do I set the date and time on my bluetooth meter?

Meters include Shine Connex and Premier BLU

Please follow the steps:

1. Enter “Set” mode - Press and hold the center button for 3 seconds to enter “Set” mode.

Press the < or > button to select ‘YES’ and press the center button. Press the center button one more time to access date and time settings.

2. Set the Year - A number indicating the year will blink on the screen.

Press the < or > button to adjust until the correct year appears. After setting the year, press the button to confirm your selection and to go to the next step.

3. Set the Month - A number indicating the month will blink on the screen.

Press the < or > button until the correct month appears. Press the center button to confirm your selection and to go to the next step.

4. Set the Date - A number indicating the date will blink on the screen.

Press the < or > button until the correct date appears. Press the center button to confirm the date and to go to the next step.

5. Set the Time Format - The meter can be set in the 12-hour (AM/PM) or the 24-hour clock format. The AM•PM symbol is not displayed in the 24-hour format.

Press the < or > button to select a format. After selecting the format, press the center button to go to the next step.

6. Set the Hour - A number indicating the hour will blink on the screen.

Press the < or > button until the correct hour appears. Press the center button to confirm the hour and go to the next step.

7. Set the Minute - A number indicating the minute will blink on the screen.

Press the < or > button until the correct minute appears. After setting the minute, press the center button to go to the next step.
